We are all in unprecedented and challenging times, with the spread of coronavirus and we are all working out the best course of action for how to minimise risks

We would like to share an update on our business continuity plans. These plans mitigate the impact on our services with the current Coronavirus outbreak.

We have robust processes in place to manage any potential disruption, including contingencies for our people, workplaces, technology and support services. As a company that fully embraces flexible and remote working, any closure of workplaces will mean that we remain operational but may impact some of our lead times to return test results. We do anticipate disruption across our global operations by factors outside of our control such as mail service delays or cancellations but will endeavour to do our best to minimise these delays and work as quickly as we can to process each and every sample that arrives at our testing facility.

We will continue to actively monitor global developments and follow the World Health Organisation and UK Government guidelines relating to COVID-19.

Given the changing nature of the situation, our control measure and policies surrounding COVID-19 may change and be updated. We will continue to communicate these where applicable.

You can still shop with us online, and our testing facility is still open. Our priority is, and will remain, our special customers and incredible staff and we are thinking of you and yours during these trying times. Everyone, please stay safe.
